Eligibility for Return
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You receive a different product than what you ordered.
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings, nose pins, and pierced jewellery
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, invoice, tags, and jewellery box must be returned.
- Products showing signs of wear, scratches, or tampering will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Email us at with your Order ID, product images, and reason for return.
- Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, we will share the return pickup or shipping instructions.
- Return will be acceptable within 7 days
Refund Policy
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items.
Your order will be exchanged and replacement will deliverd within 7 days .
